Not because I was invisible. Because they were so fully inside their day that nothing pulled them out of it. They were not tracking me across the room or wondering if they were standing right. They were holding hands during the ceremony and laughing too loud at dinner and dancing before the DJ even found his groove.
That is what I am working toward on every wedding I photograph across Portland, the Willamette Valley, and the Oregon Coast. A day that belongs to you, documented by someone who knows how to be present without being intrusive.
I guide when it genuinely serves the moment. I stay quiet when it does not. And I keep my eyes open the whole time so you never have to.

Both collections include an engagement session, photo timeline planning, a print release, and film woven through the wedding day.

Film holds light and skin the way memory does. The first look. A hand resting on the small of a back. The light fifteen minutes before sunset. Those frames get shot on film.
